  2. 2. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  3. 3. Crack each egg individually into a small cup.
  4. 4. Gently slide the eggs from the cup into the gently bubbling water.
  5. 5. Let the eggs cook in the water for about four minutes.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the eggs from the water using a slotted spoon.
  7. 7. Mix the tomato juice with the lemon juice and the ketchup.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  9. 9. Add some Worcestershire sauce.
  10. 10. Add pepper and celery salt.
  11. 11. Stir everything well.
  12. 12. Taste to adjust the seasoning.
  13. 13. Stir in some vodka if desired.
  14. 14. Pour the tomato drink into glasses.
  15. 15. Place the poached eggs on the drink.
  16. 16. Add the anchovies.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with celery stalks.
