🍽️ Tomato drink with poached egg

Ingredients
- 600 ml tomato juice
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco
- celery salt
- black pepper
- vodka (to taste)
- celery stalks
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- anchovy fillets
Instructions
- 1. Pour one liter of water and the vinegar into a pot.
- 2. Bring the liquid to a boil.
- 3. Crack each egg individually into a small cup.
- 4. Gently slide the eggs from the cup into the gently bubbling water.
- 5. Let the eggs cook in the water for about four minutes.
- 6. Carefully remove the eggs from the water using a slotted spoon.
- 7. Mix the tomato juice with the lemon juice and the ketchup.
- 8. Season the mixture with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
- 9. Add some Worcestershire sauce.
- 10. Add pepper and celery salt.
- 11. Stir everything well.
- 12. Taste to adjust the seasoning.
- 13. Stir in some vodka if desired.
- 14. Pour the tomato drink into glasses.
- 15. Place the poached eggs on the drink.
- 16. Add the anchovies.
- 17. Garnish the dish with celery stalks.
- 18. Serve immediately.
