  1. 1. Remove the outer leaves from the savoy cabbage.
  2. 2. Cut the savoy cabbage lengthwise into quarters.
  3. 3. Cut out the hard core from the center.
  4. 4. Cut the savoy cabbage quarters crosswise into thin strips.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the savoy cabbage in it.
  6. 6. Season the vegetables to taste.
  7. 7. Add the lemon zest.
  8. 8. Pour the broth and cream over the vegetables.
  9. 9. Cover the pan and let the savoy cabbage simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  11. 11. Stir half of the lemon juice into the boiling water.
  12. 12. Place the salmon pieces into the gently simmering water.
  13. 13. Let the salmon cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  14. 14. Season the savoy cabbage with salt, pepper, and the remaining lemon juice.
  15. 15. Plate the salmon together with the savoy cabbage.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately.
