🍽️ Perfectly Poached Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 handful young spinach
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Crack each egg individually into a small bowl or a cup.
- 2. Pour the vinegar into a small pot with about one liter of water that is just about to boil.
- 3. Carefully slide each egg from the bowl into the hot water.
- 4. Use a tablespoon to gently push the egg white into a round shape around the yolk.
- 5. Let the eggs cook for about four minutes until the white is firm but the yolk remains soft.
- 6. Carefully lift the finished eggs out of the water with a slotted spoon.
- 7. Place the eggs on a bed of spinach.
- 8. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
