🍰 Christmas Cookies with Icing

Ingredients
- 200 g soft butter
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- sugar sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Mix the butter, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- 3. Add the flour to the butter mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
- 4. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a medium round tip.
- 5. Pipe small cookies in the shape of candy canes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for a while until the dough is firm.
- 7. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 8. Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
- 9. Mix powdered sugar with a little milk until a smooth icing sauce forms.
- 10. Spread the icing over the cooled cookies.
- 11. Decorate the cookies with sugar sprinkles.
