🍕 Simple Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 150 g wheat flour Type 550 (and a little flour for working)
- 0.5 tsp salt (more depending on the topping)
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a small well in the center of the flour with your hand.
- 3. Dissolve the yeast in about 220 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 4. Add the honey and the yeast-water mixture into the well in the flour.
- 5. Stir the ingredients from the center outwards until they combine.
- 6. Add two tablespoons of olive oil gradually.
- 7. Knead the mixture until a loose dough forms.
- 8. Take the dough out and place it on a clean work surface.
- 9. Knead the dough vigorously by hand for five minutes.
- 10. Stop when the dough is elastic and smooth.
- 11. Put the remaining olive oil into a clean bowl.
- 12. Coat the inside of the bowl evenly with the oil.
- 13. Place the dough into the oiled bowl.
- 14. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel.
- 15. Let the dough rise at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
- 16. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
- 17. Now continue processing the dough according to your desired pizza recipe.
