  3. 3. Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the surface with flour.
  7. 7. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Gradually add just under 100 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  9. 9. Knead the dough into a smooth mass.
  10. 10. Cover the dough with a cloth.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour.
  12. 12. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  13. 13. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  14. 14. Clean the leek and wash it.
  15. 15. Cut the leek into fine rings.
  16. 16. Wash the tomato and pat it dry.

  36. 36. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes.
