  1. 1. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
  2. 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot. Fry the minced meat in it over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms and cook everything together for 5 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. 3. Pour in the tomatoes and broth. Stir in the cream cheese and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes. Wash the arugula, spin it dry, chop it very finely, mix it with the remaining oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  5. 5. Add the bell pepper cubes to the soup and stir them in. Ladle the pizza soup into a bowl, drizzle it with the arugula oil, and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
