  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and place it on the prepared tray.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove and press it.
  5. 5. Mix the pressed garlic with the tomatoes, herbs, and one tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. 6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  8. 8. Slice the mozzarella cheese thinly as well.
  9. 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  10. 10. Distribute the mushroom and cheese slices over the pizza.
  11. 11. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the topped pizza.
  12. 12. Bake the pizza on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
  13. 13. Meanwhile, remove the fat edge from the ham slices.
  14. 14. Tear the ham pieces into smaller bits.
  15. 15. Take the hot pizza out of the oven.
  16. 16. Distribute the ham pieces over the hot pizza.
  17. 17. Cut the pizza into slices.
  18. 18. Serve the pizza immediately.
