🍕 Crispy Pizza with Ham and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 400 g pizza dough (refrigerated section)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g pizza tomatoes (can)
- 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g mozzarella (9% fat)
- 100 g cooked ham (in thin slices)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (convection 220 degrees or highest gas setting).
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Roll out the dough and place it on the prepared tray.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove and press it.
- 5. Mix the pressed garlic with the tomatoes, herbs, and one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 7. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 8. Slice the mozzarella cheese thinly as well.
- 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 10. Distribute the mushroom and cheese slices over the pizza.
- 11. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the topped pizza.
- 12. Bake the pizza on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Meanwhile, remove the fat edge from the ham slices.
- 14. Tear the ham pieces into smaller bits.
- 15. Take the hot pizza out of the oven.
- 16. Distribute the ham pieces over the hot pizza.
- 17. Cut the pizza into slices.
- 18. Serve the pizza immediately.
