🍽️ Crispy Flatbread Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough
- flour
- 100 g black pitted olives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 tsp dried onions
- 6 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions.
- 2. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
- 3. Divide the dough into six equal portions.
- 4. Shape each piece into a flat, round flatbread.
- 5. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 6. Lightly dust the flatbreads with a little flour.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas mark 3-4).
- 8. Bake the flatbreads in the hot oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Chop the olives finely while the flatbreads are baking.
- 10. Rinse the parsley under cold water.
- 11. Shake the parsley dry.
- 12. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 13. Crumble the onions finely.
- 14. Prick the still-hot flatbreads several times with a fork.
- 15. Drizzle a little olive oil over the flatbreads.
- 16. Sprinkle the flatbreads with the olives, parsley, and onions.
- 17. Serve the flatbreads immediately.
