  4. 4. Shape each piece into a flat, round flatbread.
  5. 5. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the flatbreads with a little flour.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas mark 3-4).
  8. 8. Bake the flatbreads in the hot oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Chop the olives finely while the flatbreads are baking.
  10. 10. Rinse the parsley under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the parsley dry.
  12. 12. Chop the parsley coarsely.
  13. 13. Crumble the onions finely.
  14. 14. Prick the still-hot flatbreads several times with a fork.
  15. 15. Drizzle a little olive oil over the flatbreads.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the flatbreads with the olives, parsley, and onions.
