  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into 50 ml of lukewarm water and stir until dissolved.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast-water mixture.
  4. 4. Lightly dust the surface with a little flour.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Add about 100 to 150 ml of lukewarm water gradually.
  7. 7. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  8. 8. Shape the dough into a ball.
  9. 9. Cover the dough ball and let it rise for 1 hour.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan-forced.
  11. 11. Brush the pizza trays with oil.
  12. 12. Peel the shallot and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.
  13. 13. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the shallot strips in it until translucent.
  15. 15. Let the onions cool down.
  16. 16. Shred the tuna into pieces using your hands.
  17. 17. Knead the dough vigorously again after the resting period.
  18. 18. Work in a little more flour if the dough is sticky.
  19. 19. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  20. 20. Lightly flour the work surface.
  21. 21. Roll each dough part into a thin pizza base.
  22. 22. Place the pizzas on the prepared pizza trays.
  23. 23. Press the dough slightly into the trays.
  24. 24. Spread the chunky tomatoes over the pizzas.
  25. 25. Leave a border of 1.5 cm free around the edge.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  27. 27. Top the pizzas with the sautéed onions.
  28. 28. Distribute the shredded tuna over the onions.
  29. 29. Drizzle the pizzas with a little olive oil.
  30. 30. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  31. 31. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
