  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Let the dried tomatoes and anchovy fillets drain well.
  3. 3. Cut the dried tomatoes and anchovies into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
  5. 5. Slice the spring onions, including the green parts, into thin rings.
  6. 6. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Wash the basil leaves and spin them dry.
  8. 8. Set aside a few fresh basil leaves for decoration.
  9. 9. Cut the remaining basil into thin strips.
  10. 10. Mix the tomato strips with the spring onion rings.
  11. 11. Add the cut basil strips to the mixture.
  12. 12. Add the capers to the mixture.
  13. 13. Add the anchovy fillets to the mixture.
  14. 14. Press the garlic through and add it to the mixture.
  15. 15. Let the mozzarella drain.
  16. 16. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  17. 17. Fold the mozzarella cubes into the vegetable-garlic mixture.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Wash the beefsteak tomato.
  20. 20. Remove the stem area from the beefsteak tomato.
  21. 21. Slice the beefsteak tomato into thin slices.
  22. 22. Top the bread with the tomato slices.
  23. 23. Distribute the mozzarella mixture evenly over the bread.
  24. 24. Drizzle some oil over the topped toast slices.
  25. 25. Place the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  26. 26. Bake the toast slices in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
  27. 27. Remove the toast slices from the oven.
  28. 28. Cut the toast slices diagonally in half.
  29. 29. Garnish the toast halves with the reserved basil leaves.
  30. 30. Serve the pizza toast squares.
