  1. 1. Sift the flour and a pinch of salt onto a clean work surface or into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Add the yeast, 220 milliliters of lukewarm water, and the honey to the well.
  4. 4. Thoroughly mix the ingredients in the center with a fork or your hands.
  5. 5. Gradually stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. 6. Combine everything into a loose dough.
  7. 7. Knead the dough vigorously for about 5 minutes until it is smooth.
  8. 8. Grease a bowl with the remaining olive oil.
  9. 9. Place the dough into the greased bowl.
  10. 10. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  12. 12. Take the tuna out of the can and roughly shred it with a fork.
  13. 13. Drain the tuna well in a sieve.
  14. 14. Chop the olives roughly.
  15. 15. Divide the finished dough into four equal parts.
  16. 16. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
  17. 17. Roll each dough part into a circle about 1 centimeter thick.
  18. 18. Place the dough circles on two lightly floured baking sheets.
  19. 19. Spread each pizza base with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  20. 20. Grate the cheese finely.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the pizzas.
  22. 22. Distribute the drained tuna and olives over the pizzas.
  23. 23. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees (convection: 220 degrees, gas: level 4 to 5).
  24. 24. Bake the pizzas one after the other in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  25. 25. Wash the basil under running water.
  26. 26. Shake the basil dry.
  27. 27. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  28. 28. Chop the basil leaves roughly.
  29. 29. Sprinkle the fresh basil over the finished pizzas.
