🍕 Tuna Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 150 g wheat flour Type 1050
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 21 g fresh yeast (0.5 cube)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
- 280 g tuna in its own juice
- 100 g black olives (pitted)

- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 60 g Pecorino (or Parmesan)
- 1 bunch basil
Instructions
- 1. Sift the flour and a pinch of salt onto a clean work surface or into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- 3. Add the yeast, 220 milliliters of lukewarm water, and the honey to the well.
- 4. Thoroughly mix the ingredients in the center with a fork or your hands.
- 5. Gradually stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 6. Combine everything into a loose dough.
- 7. Knead the dough vigorously for about 5 minutes until it is smooth.
- 8. Grease a bowl with the remaining olive oil.
- 9. Place the dough into the greased bowl.
- 10. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- 12. Take the tuna out of the can and roughly shred it with a fork.
- 13. Drain the tuna well in a sieve.
- 14. Chop the olives roughly.
- 15. Divide the finished dough into four equal parts.
- 16. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
- 17. Roll each dough part into a circle about 1 centimeter thick.
- 18. Place the dough circles on two lightly floured baking sheets.
- 19. Spread each pizza base with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
- 20. Grate the cheese finely.
- 21. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the pizzas.
- 22. Distribute the drained tuna and olives over the pizzas.
- 23. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees (convection: 220 degrees, gas: level 4 to 5).
- 24. Bake the pizzas one after the other in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 25. Wash the basil under running water.
- 26. Shake the basil dry.
- 27. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 28. Chop the basil leaves roughly.
- 29. Sprinkle the fresh basil over the finished pizzas.
