  6. 6. Cut the mushrooms into coarse pieces.

  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
  9. 9. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
  10. 10. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the onions and garlic for one minute.
  12. 12. Add the mushroom pieces to the pan.
  13. 13. Fry the mushrooms for three to four minutes while stirring constantly.
  14. 14. Season the mushroom mixture with salt and pepper.
