  5. 5. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
  8. 8. Roll the dough balls out on a lightly floured surface into round flatbreads.
  9. 9. Place the dough bases on 4 baking sheets greased with oil.
  10. 10. Spread the chunky tomatoes over the dough bases, but leave a border of about 1 centimeter free.
  11. 11. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Distribute the ham evenly over the tomatoes.
