🍕 Crispy Pizza Napoli

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 350 g flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- oil (for the pizza baking sheets)
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 150 g Parma ham
- 300 g mozzarella
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp capers
- 20 anchovies
- 20 black olives (to taste, pitted)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix the yeast with the sugar and about 175 milliliters of lukewarm water until a smooth mixture forms.
- 3. Add the flour, the olive oil, and the salt to the yeast mixture.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 7. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
- 8. Roll the dough balls out on a lightly floured surface into round flatbreads.
- 9. Place the dough bases on 4 baking sheets greased with oil.
- 10. Spread the chunky tomatoes over the dough bases, but leave a border of about 1 centimeter free.
- 11. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 12. Distribute the ham evenly over the tomatoes.
- 13. Sprinkle the pizza with the diced cheese.
- 14. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
- 15. Spread the chili rings over the cheese.
- 16. Top the pizza with the capers, the anchovies, and the olives.
- 17. Drizzle a little oil over the toppings.
- 18. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Garnish the finished pizza with fresh parsley and serve.
