  4. 4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the surface with flour.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Add about 100 milliliters of lukewarm water and 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.
  9. 9. Knead the dough into a smooth mass.

  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  12. 12. Peel the onions and garlic cloves.
  13. 13. Finely dice the onions and garlic.
