  1. 1. Put flour, cereal flakes, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add buttermilk and eggs to the bowl.
  3. 3. Mix everything well with the dough hooks of your hand mixer until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
  5. 5. Grate the cheese.
  6. 6. Drain the corn well in a small sieve.
  7. 7. Cut the turkey ham into small cubes.
  8. 8. Stir the tomato strips, grated cheese, drained corn, and ham cubes into the batter.
  9. 9. Place paper liners into the cups of a muffin tin.
  10. 10. Lightly grease the liners with oil.
  11. 11. Divide the batter evenly among the liners.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C with fan or gas mark 3).
  13. 13. Bake the muffins for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
