  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Pour in about 200 ml of lukewarm water and the sugar.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture until smooth and the yeast has dissolved.
  4. 4. Add the flour, the olive oil, and the salt.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
  9. 9. Dust some flour onto your work surface.
  10. 10. Roll each ball into a round flatbread of approx. 22 cm diameter.
  11. 11. Make sure the edge remains slightly thicker than the center.
  12. 12. Grease two baking sheets.
  13. 13. Place the dough bases onto the sheets.
  14. 14. Peel the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Chop the peeled tomatoes finely.
  16. 16. Season the tomato pieces with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Spread the tomatoes over the pizza bases.
  18. 18. Leave a small border around the pizza free.
  19. 19. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  20. 20. Place the cheese slices on the tomatoes.
  21. 21. Drizzle the pizzas with a little olive oil.
  22. 22. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  23. 23. Place two pizzas in the oven.
  24. 24. Bake them for 10 minutes.
  25. 25. Take the pizzas out of the oven briefly.
  26. 26. Sprinkle them with chopped basil.
  27. 27. Add a little more olive oil.
  28. 28. Put the pizzas back in the oven.
  29. 29. Bake them for another 10 minutes.
  30. 30. Repeat the process with the remaining two pizzas.
  31. 31. You can top the pizza with additional ingredients as you like.
  32. 32. Option A: Use blanched spinach and mature goat fresh cheese.
  33. 33. Option B: Use cooked ham and mushroom slices.
  34. 34. Option C: Use salami slices.
  35. 35. Option D: Use artichoke hearts from a jar.
