  2. 2. Stir the yeast until smooth with three tablespoons of lukewarm water.
  3. 3. Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
  6. 6. Lightly dust the surface with a little flour.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Add about 100 milliliters of lukewarm water to the dough.
  9. 9. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  10. 10. Shape the dough into a ball.
  11. 11. Cover the dough ball with a cloth.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven with a baking sheet to 240 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  14. 14. Knead the dough vigorously again after the resting period.
  15. 15. Work the olive oil into the dough.
  16. 16. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  17. 17. Divide the dough into four equal parts.

  23. 23. Remove hard parts and sand from the clams (clean them).

  25. 25. Cut the shallot into thin strips.
  26. 26. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
  27. 27. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
  28. 28. Sauté the shallot and garlic strips in it.
  29. 29. Deglaze the pan with the wine.
  30. 30. Add the clams to the pan.

  32. 32. Cook the clams for 3 to 4 minutes until they have opened.
  33. 33. Distribute the clams without the cooking liquid onto the pizzas.
  34. 34. Drizzle a little oil over the topped pizzas.
  35. 35. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven on the hot trays for 8 to 10 minutes.
  36. 36. Whisk the remaining oil with the cooking liquid of the clams.
  37. 37. Add lemon juice and the basil to the oil mixture.
  38. 38. Season the sauce with salt.
  39. 39. Take the pizzas out of the oven.
  40. 40. Drizzle the pizzas with the prepared oil sauce.
  41. 41. Serve the pizzas immediately.
