🍕 Crispy Pizza with Feta Cheese and Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- 0.5 cube yeast
- salt
- sugar
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large tomatoes
- 300 g feta cheese
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- arugula (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in about 125 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Add the remaining dough ingredients and knead everything with the dough hook until you have a smooth dough.
- 3. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place.
- 4. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 5. Knead the risen dough briefly on a floured surface.
- 6. Shape the dough into a roll and divide it into four equal pieces.
- 7. Roll out the four dough pieces into small pizzas.
- 8. Place the pizzas on a greased baking sheet.
- 9. Lift up a small edge on the pizzas.
- 10. Distribute the feta cheese cubes evenly over the pizzas.
- 11. Drizzle the pizzas with a little olive oil.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 13. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- 14. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 15. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice them.
- 16. Marinate the tomato cubes with vinegar and oil.
- 17. Top the finished pizzas with the marinated tomatoes.
- 18. Garnish the pizzas with arugula.
- 19. Season everything finally with a little salt and pepper.
