  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast water and the oil into the well.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough using your hands or a dough hook.
  6. 6. If the dough is too dry, add a little lukewarm water.
  7. 7. If the dough is too wet, knead in a little more flour.
  8. 8. Knead the dough vigorously on a floured surface.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for approx. 1 hour.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
  11. 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  12. 12. Knead the dough vigorously again after it has risen.
  13. 13. Roll out the dough.
  14. 14. Place the dough on the prepared baking tray.
  15. 15. Mix the tomatoes with the oregano.
  16. 16. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  18. 18. Add the chopped garlic to the tomato mixture.
  19. 19. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the dough.
  20. 20. Slice the chorizo sausage slightly diagonally.
  21. 21. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  22. 22. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  23. 23. Top the pizza evenly with sausage, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza.
  25. 25. Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
  26. 26. Take the pizza out of the oven.
  27. 27. Cut the pizza into pieces.
  28. 28. Serve the pizza.
