  5. 5. Knead the ingredients by hand or with the dough hook of the hand mixer into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more lukewarm water.
  7. 7. If the dough seems too wet, work in a little more flour.
  8. 8. Knead the dough vigorously on a floured work surface for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  11. 11. Brush a baking tray with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.
