🍕 Spicy Salami Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 0.13 l lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 100 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 200 g pizza cheese
- 100 g salami

Instructions
- 1. Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the center of the flour.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into some water.
- 4. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the well.
- 5. Lightly dust the yeast with flour.
- 6. Let the bowl stand covered for about 30 minutes until the dough has risen.
- 7. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil.
- 8. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 9. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan-assisted.
- 11. Lightly grease the pizza pan.
- 12. Knead the dough once more briefly.
- 13. Roll out the dough thickly.
- 14. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
- 15. Form a thick edge on the dough.
- 16. Drizzle some oil over the dough.
- 17. Place the tomatoes on the dough.
- 18. Sprinkle everything with the cheese.
- 19. Place the salami slices on top.
- 20. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
