  2. 2. Crumble the fresh yeast into some lukewarm water and stir until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the well, dust lightly with flour, and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth and elastic dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Wait until the volume of the dough has almost doubled.
  8. 8. Blanch the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them.
  9. 9. Let them sit briefly, shock them under cold water, and peel off the skins.
  10. 10. Dice the peeled tomatoes into small cubes.
  11. 11. Place the tomato cubes in a pot with one tablespoon of oil.
  12. 12. Simmer the sauce over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Rinse the sardine fillets briefly and pat them dry.
  15. 15. Chop the olives finely.
  16. 16. Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
  17. 17. Knead the dough once more briefly.
  18. 18. Roll out the dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  19. 19. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  20. 20. Place the sardine fillets on the pizza.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the chopped garlic and olives over the top.
  22. 22. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  23. 23. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pizza.
  24. 24. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  25. 25. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
