  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 1 hour.
  9. 9. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Shock the tomatoes immediately with cold water.
  11. 11. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  13. 13. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot.
  14. 14. Simmer the tomato cubes with the oil for a short time.
  15. 15. Season the sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper.
