🍕 Pizza with corn, peppers and avocado cream

Ingredients
- yeast
- 10 g sugar (1 tsp)
- 500 g flour (and flour for the work surface)
- salt
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 250 g beef tartare
- 200 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 150 g corn (drained weight; can)
- 100 g white beans (drained weight; can)
- 40 g cheddar (1 piece)
- 2 avocados
- 40 g sour cream (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 sprigs cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Mix yeast with two tablespoons of lukewarm water and sugar.
- 2. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
- 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
- 4. Let the dough rise covered for 15 minutes in a warm place.
- 5. Add one tablespoon of salt, six tablespoons of olive oil, and about 200 milliliters of lukewarm water to the dough.
- 6. Knead the dough until smooth using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
- 7. Let the dough rise covered for another 30 minutes.
- 8. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- 9. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Fry the Tatar (minced meat) until crumbly over high heat for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Add the onion, chili, and garlic to the pan.
- 13. Stir the tomatoes into the mixture.
- 14. Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper.
- 15. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and dice them finely.
- 16. Drain the corn and beans well.
- 17. Knead the dough vigorously on a floured work surface.
- 18. Divide the dough into four pieces.
- 19. Roll each piece into a round pizza base.
- 20. Place two pizzas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 21. Distribute the Tatar mixture, diced peppers, corn, and beans over the pizzas.
- 22. Grate the cheese over the top.
- 23. Bake the pizzas one after the other in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (180 degrees Celsius fan or gas mark 3) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 24. Peel the avocados and halve them.
- 25. Remove the pits from the avocados.
- 26. Mash the flesh finely in a bowl with a fork.
- 27. Stir the sour cream into the avocado.
- 28. Season the cream with lemon juice.
- 29. Wash the coriander and shake it dry.
- 30. Pluck the coriander leaves off the stems.
- 31. Remove the pizzas from the oven.
- 32. Cut each pizza into five pieces.
- 33. Garnish the pizzas with the avocado cream.
- 34. Sprinkle the coriander leaves over the pizzas.
