🍕 Pizza with Crabs

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 400 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 300 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 handful arugula
- 250 g crab tail (kitchen-ready cooked)
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler)
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the yeast with the sugar and about 200 ml of lukewarm water until smooth.
- 3. Add the flour, the olive oil, and the salt.
- 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 240°C fan-forced.
- 7. Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up as well.
- 8. Mix the tomatoes with the oregano.
- 9. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Wash the arugula.
- 11. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
- 12. Dry the arugula thoroughly.
- 13. Mix the arugula with the crab tails and the pine nuts.
- 14. Shape the dough into 4 balls.
- 15. Dust some flour on the work surface.
- 16. Roll each dough ball into a round flatbread.
- 17. Place the dough flatbreads on baking paper.
- 18. Spread the tomato mixture over the dough flatbreads.
- 19. Leave a border of 1 to 2 cm free.
- 20. Sprinkle the pizzas with the cheese.
- 21. Drizzle the pizzas with a little olive oil.
- 22. Carefully place the pizzas on the hot baking sheets.
- 23. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 24. Take the pizzas out of the oven.
- 25. Place the arugula mixture in the center of the pizzas.
- 26. Lightly salt and pepper the pizzas.
- 27. Serve the pizzas immediately.
