  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius. If you are using a fan-assisted oven, set it to 200 degrees Celsius. For gas ovens, set the dial to level 3–4.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Roll out the pizza dough so that it roughly matches the size of your baking tray.
  4. 4. Place the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking tray.
  5. 5. Mix the pizza tomatoes with the tomato paste and the oregano.
  6. 6. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. 7. Spread the seasoned tomato mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. 8. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  9. 9. Mix the mozzarella cubes with the Gouda cheese.
  10. 10. Distribute the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  11. 11. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for about 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
  13. 13. Dry the cherry tomatoes with a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  15. 15. Clean the mushrooms, meaning remove any dirt or tough stem ends.
  16. 16. Slice the mushrooms into thin rounds.
  17. 17. Wait until there are about 5 minutes of baking time left.
  18. 18. Take the pizza out of the oven briefly.
  19. 19. Distribute the mushroom slices and the halved cherry tomatoes over the pizza.
  20. 20. Put the pizza back in the oven and finish baking it.
  21. 21. Wash the arugula under running water.
  22. 22. Dry the arugula, for example in a salad spinner.
  23. 23. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
  24. 24. Top the hot pizza with the slices of Parma ham.
  25. 25. Distribute the dry arugula over the pizza.
  26. 26. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the pizza.
  27. 27. Serve the pizza immediately while it is still warm.
