  5. 5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the yeast mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the remaining water, the salt, and the oil to the bowl.
  7. 7. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.
  8. 8. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  9. 9. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Immediately cool the tomatoes in cold water.
  11. 11. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  13. 13. Fry the tomato cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot for a short time.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper.
