🍕 Crispy Pizza with Cheese and Salami

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 100 ml lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g mozzarella
- 150 g chorizo
- 0.5 small green bell pepper
- black olives
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a large bowl and sift it through a sieve.
- 2. Press a small indentation into the center of the flour with your finger.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into a small amount of water and pour the mixture into the indentation.
- 4. Lightly dust the surface with a little flour.
- 5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the yeast mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- 6. Add the remaining water, the salt, and the oil to the bowl.
- 7. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.
- 8. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 9. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 10. Immediately cool the tomatoes in cold water.
- 11. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 12. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 13. Fry the tomato cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot for a short time.
- 14. Season the sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 15. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
- 16. Slice the paprika sausage into thin slices.
- 17. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 18. Remove the stem and the core from the pepper.
- 19. Cut the pepper in half.
- 20. Cut the pepper halves into thin strips.
- 21. Cut the olives into small strips as well.
- 22. Lightly grease the pizza pan with oil.
- 23. Knead the dough briefly again.
- 24. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- 25. Place the dough in the prepared pan.
- 26. Shape the edge of the dough slightly thicker.
- 27. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- 28. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 29. Top the pizza with the mozzarella and sausage slices.
- 30. Arrange the pepper strips and olives on top.
- 31. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil.
- 32. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 12 minutes.
- 33. Remove the pizza when the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
