  1. 1. Whisk the quark, cream, oil, and one teaspoon of salt together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the flour and baking powder, then knead everything into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Briefly knead the dough on a floured work surface.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out into pizza bases.
  6. 6. Press the edges of the pizza bases slightly upwards to form a crust.
  7. 7. Place the pizza bases on a baking tray greased with oil.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  10. 10. Cut out the stem area from the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  12. 12. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly.
  13. 13. Stir in the tomato paste and thyme into the meat.
  14. 14. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and black cumin.
  15. 15. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough.
  16. 16. Leave a border of about one to two centimeters free around the edge.
  17. 17. Top the pizza with the prepared tomato wedges.
  18. 18. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
