🍕 Homemade Vegetable and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 100 g wheat flour
- 100 g corn flour
- 20 g yeast
- 80 ml milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- sugar
- 100 g pizza tomatoes (can)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
- 100 g corn kernels (can)
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 60 g mozzarella
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Knead all dough ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 2. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- 3. Knead the dough vigorously again after rising.
- 4. Divide the dough into two halves and shape them into two round pizzas.
- 5. Place the pizzas on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 6. Spread pizza sauce over the pizzas.
- 7. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the core, and slice them into strips.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
- 9. Distribute the tomatoes, corn, olives, and pepper strips over the pizzas.
- 10. Sprinkle marjoram and cheese over the toppings.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 220°C with top and bottom heat.
- 12. Bake the pizzas for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
