🍕 Shrimp Pizza with Fresh Toppings

Ingredients
- 1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)
- 600 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 ml olive oil
- 250 g fresh spinach leaves
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 0.5 bunch basil
- 2 onions
- flour (for the work surface)
- fat (for the baking sheets)
- 250 g freshly grated cheese (e.g. Gouda, Emmental)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in 300 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Mix the flour with the salt and put the mixture into a bowl.
- 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- 4. Pour the yeast milk and the oil into the well.
- 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using your hands.
- 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 7. Select the spinach, wash it, clean it, and spin it dry.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 9. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
- 10. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves off.
- 11. Peel the onions and cut them into strips.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 13. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- 14. Roll out the dough portions on a floured work surface to the size of the pizza trays.
- 15. Line the greased pizza trays with the dough.
- 16. Distribute the spinach, tomato slices, basil, shrimp, and onion strips on the dough.
- 17. Sprinkle the pizza with the cheese.
- 18. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut it into pieces.
- 20. Serve the pizza warm.
