  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast in 300 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt and put the mixture into a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast milk and the oil into the well.
  5. 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using your hands.
  6. 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Select the spinach, wash it, clean it, and spin it dry.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  9. 9. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
  10. 10. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves off.
  11. 11. Peel the onions and cut them into strips.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  13. 13. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  14. 14. Roll out the dough portions on a floured work surface to the size of the pizza trays.
  15. 15. Line the greased pizza trays with the dough.
  16. 16. Distribute the spinach, tomato slices, basil, shrimp, and onion strips on the dough.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the pizza with the cheese.
  18. 18. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
  19. 19. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut it into pieces.
  20. 20. Serve the pizza warm.
