  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the yeast with the sugar and about 200 milliliters of lukewarm water until a smooth liquid forms.
  3. 3. Add the flour, the olive oil, and one teaspoon of salt to the yeast mixture.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients into an elastic and smooth dough.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape them into balls.
  8. 8. Dust some flour on the work surface and roll each dough ball into a round flatbread with a diameter of about 24 centimeters.
  9. 9. Make sure that the edge of the dough remains slightly thicker than the center.
  10. 10. Place the dough bases on four pizza trays greased with oil.
  11. 11. Spread the pizza tomatoes evenly over the dough bases.
  12. 12. Season the tomato sauce with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  13. 13. Cut the bratwursts into small pieces.
  14. 14. Wash the fresh tomatoes and halve them.
  15. 15. Distribute the bratwurst pieces and the halved tomatoes evenly over the four pizzas.
  16. 16. Spread the cheese over the toppings.
  17. 17. Put the pizzas in the preheated oven and bake them for about 20 minutes.
