  3. 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the well, dust lightly with flour, and let the dough rest covered for 15 minutes.

  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth and elastic dough.
  6. 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about one hour until it has almost doubled in size.
  7. 7. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, let them sit briefly, and shock them with cold water.
  8. 8. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  9. 9. Place the tomato cubes in a pot with one tablespoon of oil.
  10. 10. Simmer the tomatoes over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem, and discard the seeds.
  12. 12. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  13. 13. Season the tomato sauce with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  14. 14. Finely chop the garlic and stir it into the sauce.
  15. 15. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
  16. 16. Lightly grease a pizza pan with oil.
  17. 17. Knead the dough briefly and roll it out on a floured surface.

  19. 19. Evenly distribute the tomato sauce, pepper strips, olives, and mozzarella slices over the dough.
