  5. 5. Knead the dough until smooth using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Wait until the dough volume has doubled.
  8. 8. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water.
  9. 9. Pat the fillet dry with kitchen paper.
  10. 10. Heat some oil in a small non-stick pan.
  11. 11. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Fry the fillet for about 5 minutes on each side in the pan.
  13. 13. Pick through the spinach leaves and remove any tough stems.
  14. 14. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  15. 15. Let the spinach drain well.
  16. 16. Cut the drained spinach into strips.
  17. 17. Peel the onion.
  18. 18. Dice the onion into small cubes.
  19. 19. Remove the fried chicken fillet from the pan.
  20. 20. Add the spinach and onion cubes to the pan.
  21. 21. Sauté the vegetables briefly in the remaining fat.
  22. 22. Put cream cheese and mango chutney into a small bowl.

  24. 24. Season the cream with curry powder, salt, and pepper.

  26. 26. Divide the pizza dough into four equal portions.
  27. 27. Roll each portion into a circle about 23 centimeters in diameter.

  29. 29. Ensure the baking paper sheet is large enough for the baking tray.
  30. 30. Pull the baking paper sheet with the pizza bases onto the baking tray.

  32. 32. Top the pizzas with the sautéed spinach.
