Ingredients
- 400 g wheat flour Type 1050 (or spelt flour)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pinch raw cane sugar
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 8 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)
- 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g Gouda
- 425 ml pizza tomatoes (can)

Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
- 2. Add quark (a type of fresh cheese), milk, and 6 tablespoons of oil.
- 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
- 4. If the dough still looks crumbly, knein in the remaining oil until it holds together.
- 5. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 6. Wash the broccoli and let it drain well.
- 7. Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds.
- 8. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 9. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
- 10. Remove the broccoli with a slotted spoon.
- 11. Rinse the broccoli under cold water to stop the cooking process and let it drain.
- 12. Cook the zucchini slices in the same water for about 1 minute as well.
- 13. Remove the zucchini, rinse it under cold water, and let it drain.
- 14. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and core.
- 15. Wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
- 16. Grate the cheese coarsely.
- 17. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 18. Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet about 55 by 30 centimeters.
- 19. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 20. Take a small bowl with a diameter of 13 centimeters.
- 21. Use it to cut out 8 round dough pieces close to each other.
- 22. Place 4 of these dough circles on each baking sheet.
- 23. Shape the leftover dough scraps into ears or hats.
- 24. Press these shapes onto the dough circles to create faces.
- 25. Spread the dough circles thinly with pizza sauce.
- 26. Season the tomato sauce with a little salt and pepper.
- 27. Use the prepared vegetables to form eyes, nose, and mouth on the pizzas.
- 28. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza faces.
- 29. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (or 180 degrees Celsius fan/Gas mark 3).
- 30. Bake the pizzas one after the other on the second rack from the bottom for about 20 minutes.
