  1. 1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add quark (a type of fresh cheese), milk, and 6 tablespoons of oil.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  4. 4. If the dough still looks crumbly, knein in the remaining oil until it holds together.
  5. 5. Break the broccoli into small florets.
  6. 6. Wash the broccoli and let it drain well.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini and slice it into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
  9. 9. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
  10. 10. Remove the broccoli with a slotted spoon.
  11. 11. Rinse the broccoli under cold water to stop the cooking process and let it drain.
  12. 12. Cook the zucchini slices in the same water for about 1 minute as well.
  13. 13. Remove the zucchini, rinse it under cold water, and let it drain.
  14. 14. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and core.
  15. 15. Wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips.
  16. 16. Grate the cheese coarsely.
  17. 17. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  18. 18. Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet about 55 by 30 centimeters.
  19. 19. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  20. 20. Take a small bowl with a diameter of 13 centimeters.
  21. 21. Use it to cut out 8 round dough pieces close to each other.
  22. 22. Place 4 of these dough circles on each baking sheet.
  23. 23. Shape the leftover dough scraps into ears or hats.
  24. 24. Press these shapes onto the dough circles to create faces.
  25. 25. Spread the dough circles thinly with pizza sauce.
  26. 26. Season the tomato sauce with a little salt and pepper.
  27. 27. Use the prepared vegetables to form eyes, nose, and mouth on the pizzas.
  28. 28. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza faces.
  29. 29. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (or 180 degrees Celsius fan/Gas mark 3).
  30. 30. Bake the pizzas one after the other on the second rack from the bottom for about 20 minutes.
