  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth yeast dough.
  10. 10. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour.
  11. 11. If the dough is too firm, add a little more lukewarm water.
  12. 12. Cover the dough.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 45 minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan-forced.
  15. 15. Brush the pizza trays with oil.
  16. 16. Sprinkle flour on the work surface.
  17. 17. Divide the dough into four parts.
  18. 18. Roll out the dough pieces with a rolling pin.

  20. 20. Form a crust edge on the dough.

  23. 23. Top the pizza with the mozzarella slices.
  24. 24. Season the pizza with salt and pepper.
  25. 25. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the pizza.
  27. 27. Top the pizza with basil leaves.
  28. 28. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 25 minutes.
