  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. 2. Warm the milk in a saucepan.
  3. 3. Stir the green tea into the warm milk.
  4. 4. Add the chocolate pieces to the milk gradually and stir until melted.
  5. 5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl.
  6. 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  7. 7. Roast the pistachios in a pan without fat until fragrant.
  8. 8. Remove the pistachios from the pan and mix them with the salt.
  9. 9. Let the pistachios cool down.
  10. 10. Grind the cooled pistachios finely using a food processor or nut mill.
  11. 11. Whip the cooled chocolate cream until smooth using a hand mixer.
  12. 12. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a plain tip.
  13. 13. Pipe small dollops (about the size of a hazelnut) onto baking paper.
  14. 14. Place the baking paper in the refrigerator for another 45 minutes.
  15. 15. Take the dollops out of the refrigerator using your coolest hands possible.
  16. 16. Roll the dollops into balls.
  17. 17. Roll the balls in the ground pistachios.
