🥤 Green Tea Pistachio Truffles

Ingredients
- 600 g white chocolate
- 150 ml milk
- 4 tbsp matcha tea powder
- 200 g pistachio kernels
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Warm the milk in a saucepan.
- 3. Stir the green tea into the warm milk.
- 4. Add the chocolate pieces to the milk gradually and stir until melted.
- 5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl.
- 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 7. Roast the pistachios in a pan without fat until fragrant.
- 8. Remove the pistachios from the pan and mix them with the salt.
- 9. Let the pistachios cool down.
- 10. Grind the cooled pistachios finely using a food processor or nut mill.
- 11. Whip the cooled chocolate cream until smooth using a hand mixer.
- 12. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a plain tip.
- 13. Pipe small dollops (about the size of a hazelnut) onto baking paper.
- 14. Place the baking paper in the refrigerator for another 45 minutes.
- 15. Take the dollops out of the refrigerator using your coolest hands possible.
- 16. Roll the dollops into balls.
- 17. Roll the balls in the ground pistachios.
