🍰 Creamy Pistachio Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp honey
- chili powder
- 100 g chopped pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Place a bowl with the chocolate pieces over a pot of hot water (the water must not touch the bottom of the bowl).
- 3. Add the crème fraîche and the honey to the chocolate.
- 4. Stir the mixture gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- 5. Add a pinch of chili powder to the chocolate mixture and stir it in.
- 6. Take 60 grams of pistachios and distribute them into small molds (for example, in the indentations of a mini baking mat).
- 7. Pour the liquid chocolate carefully over the pistachios in the molds.
- 8. Let the chocolate pieces cool down at room temperature until they are firm.
- 9. Gently push the finished truffles out of the molds.
- 10. Sprinkle the truffles with the remaining pistachios.
