  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. 2. Place a bowl with the chocolate pieces over a pot of hot water (the water must not touch the bottom of the bowl).
  3. 3. Add the crème fraîche and the honey to the chocolate.
  4. 4. Stir the mixture gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of chili powder to the chocolate mixture and stir it in.
  6. 6. Take 60 grams of pistachios and distribute them into small molds (for example, in the indentations of a mini baking mat).
  7. 7. Pour the liquid chocolate carefully over the pistachios in the molds.
  8. 8. Let the chocolate pieces cool down at room temperature until they are firm.
  9. 9. Gently push the finished truffles out of the molds.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the truffles with the remaining pistachios.
