🍰 Pistachio ice cream with marinated orange and grapefruit segments

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Grapefruits
- 3 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 500 ml Pistachio ice cream
- 50 g chopped Pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit. Make sure to remove the white bitter pith as well.
- 2. Slice the oranges into thin rounds. Carefully separate the grapefruit segments from the membranes. Place the orange slices and grapefruit segments in a bowl and pour the orange liqueur over them to marinate.
- 3. Lightly dust the rims of four dessert plates with powdered sugar. Arrange the marinated orange and grapefruit pieces on the plates.
- 4. Divide the pistachio ice cream into four equal portions and place it on top of the fruit. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top as a finishing touch.
