  1. 1. Peel the oranges and the grapefruit. Make sure to remove the white bitter pith as well.
  2. 2. Slice the oranges into thin rounds. Carefully separate the grapefruit segments from the membranes. Place the orange slices and grapefruit segments in a bowl and pour the orange liqueur over them to marinate.
  3. 3. Lightly dust the rims of four dessert plates with powdered sugar. Arrange the marinated orange and grapefruit pieces on the plates.
  4. 4. Divide the pistachio ice cream into four equal portions and place it on top of the fruit. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top as a finishing touch.
