🍽️ Creamy Pistachio Banana Shake

Ingredients
- 150 g lettuce (or salad hearts)
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 0.5 green apple
- 2 juicy limes
- 400 ml green tea (cooled)
- 50 g American pistachios (shelled)
- 1 tsp matcha tea powder (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the salad leaves under running water.
- 2. Dry the salad leaves, for example using a salad spinner.
- 3. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 4. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a spoon.
- 5. Place the avocado flesh into the blender.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Roughly tear or chop the dry salad leaves.
- 8. Add the torn salad leaves and the peeled banana to the blender.
- 9. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 10. Cut the apple into four quarters.
- 11. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
- 12. Add the cored apple pieces to the blender.
- 13. Squeeze the limes to extract the juice.
- 14. Pour the lime juice into the blender.
- 15. Pour the green tea into the blender.
- 16. Add the pistachios to the blender.
- 17. Add the matcha powder to the blender.
- 18. Blend all ingredients until a creamy mixture forms.
- 19. Chill the shake in the refrigerator.
- 20. Enjoy the shake cold.
