  4. 4. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a spoon.
  5. 5. Place the avocado flesh into the blender.
  6. 6. Peel the banana.
  7. 7. Roughly tear or chop the dry salad leaves.
  8. 8. Add the torn salad leaves and the peeled banana to the blender.
  9. 9. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  10. 10. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  11. 11. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
  12. 12. Add the cored apple pieces to the blender.
  13. 13. Squeeze the limes to extract the juice.
  14. 14. Pour the lime juice into the blender.
  15. 15. Pour the green tea into the blender.
  16. 16. Add the pistachios to the blender.
  17. 17. Add the matcha powder to the blender.
  18. 18. Blend all ingredients until a creamy mixture forms.
