🍽️ Crunchy Pistachio Chocolate Bonbons

Ingredients
- 100 g pistachios
- 100 g ground almond kernels
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tbsp ground almond kernels
- 15 g coconut oil
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 25 g chopped pistachios

Instructions
- 1. Grind the pistachios in a food processor or with a mortar until they form a fine powder.
- 2. Mix the pistachio powder with the ground almonds, egg white, orange liqueur, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small, uniform balls.
- 4. Coat a work surface with ground almonds to prevent sticking.
- 5. Flatten the balls on the prepared surface until they are about 1.2 centimeters thick.
- 6. Cut out small shapes from the flattened dough using an oval cookie cutter.
- 7. Warm the coconut fat in a small pot or in the microwave until it is liquid.
- 8. Stir the cocoa powder and sugar into the liquid coconut fat until you have a smooth chocolate mixture.
- 9. Carefully brush the cut-out chocolate pieces with the liquid glaze.
- 10. Immediately sprinkle the still wet bonbons with chopped pistachios.
- 11. Place the bonbons in the refrigerator until the chocolate has set.
- 12. Serve the finished bonbons garnished with fresh mint leaves.
