🍳 Crunchy Pistachio Fruit Breakfast with Figs and Pears

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp California pistachio kernels
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pear
- 2 fresh figs
- 4 tbsp hearty oat flakes
- 300 g well-chilled kefir
Instructions
- 1. Put the pistachio kernels into a dry pan.
- 2. Roast the nuts on the stove until they smell fragrant.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 4. Stir the honey into the warm pistachios.
- 5. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 6. Wash the pear and the figs.
- 7. Cut the fruits into thin wedges.
- 8. Divide the oat flakes among your cereal bowls.
- 9. Top with the cut fruits and the cooled pistachio-honey mixture.
- 10. Pour the kefir over the muesli.
- 11. Serve the breakfast immediately.
