🍽️ Crispy Pissaladière with Onions and Anchovies

Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough (ready-made, 230 g)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 sardine fillets (or in brine)
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius conventional heat or 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Place the dough into the prepared tray.
- 4. Mix the tomatoes with the oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 5. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the dough.
- 6. Distribute the anchovy fillets and olives evenly over the tomato sauce.
- 7. Place the Pissaladière in the lower section of the oven.
- 8. Bake the flatbread-like pastry for 15 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
