  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the raspberries under running water.
  2. 2. Take 200 grams of the raspberries and puree them until smooth.
  3. 3. Press the puree through a fine sieve to remove all seeds.
  4. 4. Stir the seed-free raspberry liquid well with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Place the coconut milk in the refrigerator until it is very cold.
  6. 6. Also place the raspberry-sugar mixture in the refrigerator until it is very cold.
  7. 7. Just before serving, combine the cold coconut milk and the cold raspberry mixture in a bowl.
  8. 8. Beat the mixture briefly with a hand blender (immersion blender) until it becomes creamy.
  9. 9. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
  10. 10. Pour the raspberry-coconut mixture over the ice cubes.
  11. 11. Decorate the cups with the remaining fresh raspberries.
