🥤 Pink Smoothie Bowl with Coconut Vanilla Swirl

Ingredients
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 ml coconut or rice drink (rice milk)
- 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp fine oat flakes
- 30 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 2 sprigs mint
- 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from the raspberries.
- 2. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 3. Set aside a small handful of raspberries for decoration.
- 4. Peel the bananas.
- 5. Break the bananas into large chunks.
- 6. Add the banana chunks and the remaining raspberries to a blender.
- 7. Pour the coconut drink into the blender.
- 8. Add the flaxseeds to the blender.
- 9. Add the oat flakes to the blender.
- 10. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and fine.
- 11. Stir the coconut milk with the vanilla powder.
- 12. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved.
- 13. Wash the mint.
- 14. Shake the mint dry.
- 15. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 16. Pour the smoothie into bowls.
- 17. Take a tablespoon of the coconut milk mixture.
- 18. Drizzle the mixture in a circular motion into the center of the smoothie bowl.
- 19. Garnish the bowls with the remaining raspberries.
- 20. Garnish the bowls with the mint leaves.
- 21. Garnish the bowls with hemp seeds.
- 22. Garnish the bowls with coconut chips.
- 23. Serve the dish immediately.
