Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Cherry Brandy
- 40 ml Pineapple juice
- 40 ml Orange juice
- 20 ml Coconut cream (or coconut syrup)
- 1 Orange slice
- 1 Kiwi slice
- 1 Cocktail cherry
Instructions
- 1. Take a large highball glass.
- 2. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
- 3. Put all the cocktail ingredients into a shaker.
- 4. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 5. Pour the contents of the shaker into the prepared glass.
- 6. Stir the cocktail briefly.
- 7. Skewer a slice of orange and a slice of kiwi onto the rim of the glass.
- 8. Add a cocktail cherry as the final decoration.
