  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice or chop them into small pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and slice it.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and the onion and dice them finely.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions and chives, shake them dry, and cut them into rings or small rolls.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
  7. 7. Add the zucchini, onion, garlic, and spring onions to the pan and sauté briefly.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down briefly.
  9. 9. Mix the vinegar with the chives.
  10. 10. Season the vinegar and chive mixture with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Mix the seasoned vinegar mixture and the cubed feta cheese with the warm vegetables.
  12. 12. Serve the salad lukewarm.
