  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the leek.
  7. 7. Slice the leek into rings.
  8. 8. Slice the button mushrooms.
  9. 9. Cut the oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
  10. 10. Peel the shallot.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Finely chop the shallot and garlic.
  13. 13. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the shallot and garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  15. 15. Add the mushrooms.
  16. 16. Fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Sprinkle everything with flour.
  18. 18. Simmer the mixture for 1 minute.
  19. 19. Deglaze the pan with juice.
  20. 20. Season with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Pour in the cooking cream.
  22. 22. Let the mixture simmer for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.

  37. 37. Distribute the sautéed leek rings on top.
