🍽️ Quick Mushroom Pan with Garlic

Ingredients
- 600 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. button mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini, oyster mushrooms)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Cut large mushrooms in half or into quarters.
- 3. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
- 5. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 6. Add the onions to the hot pan.
- 7. Cook the onions until they are soft and translucent.
- 8. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
- 9. Add the prepared mushrooms to the pan.
- 10. Fry the mushrooms until the released liquid has almost completely evaporated.
- 11. Season the mushroom pan with pepper and salt to taste.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished mushroom pan with the chopped parsley.
- 14. Warm a serving plate.
- 15. Take the mushrooms out of the pan while hot.
- 16. Place the mushrooms on the pre-warmed plate.
- 17. Serve the mushrooms immediately with fresh bread.
