  2. 2. Cut large mushrooms in half or into quarters.
  3. 3. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Add the onions to the hot pan.
  7. 7. Cook the onions until they are soft and translucent.
  8. 8. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
  9. 9. Add the prepared mushrooms to the pan.
  10. 10. Fry the mushrooms until the released liquid has almost completely evaporated.
  11. 11. Season the mushroom pan with pepper and salt to taste.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished mushroom pan with the chopped parsley.
  14. 14. Warm a serving plate.
  15. 15. Take the mushrooms out of the pan while hot.
  16. 16. Place the mushrooms on the pre-warmed plate.
