🍽️ Quick Mushroom Pan with Garlic

Ingredients
- 500 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. button mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini, oyster mushrooms...)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
- 5. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 6. Fry the onions in the hot oil until they are translucent and soft.
- 7. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
- 8. Add the mushroom slices to the pan.
- 9. Fry the mushrooms until the released juice has almost completely evaporated.
- 10. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Sprinkle the mushrooms with the finely chopped parsley.
- 12. Serve the mushrooms hot directly from the pan.
- 13. Serve with fresh bread.
